Eligibility

Campbell Page helps people who have a disability gain and maintain employment within their local community.

To find out if we can help you, an assessment needs to be completed to ensure you are eligible. Campbell Page can help you find out if you are eligible for assistance.

All you need to do is contact Campbell Page and we can discuss your individual circumstances and get the paperwork started!

Eligible school leavers can also register, they must be:

  • in the last 6 months of full time secondary school & considering post school options/employment opportunities or
  • a full time student who is participating in a school based Apprenticeship or
  • a full time student who is intending to work part time outside of school ours at award- based wages

Is your Job In Jeopardy?

Job In Jeopardy assistance is available to those who are likely to lose their employment in the immediate future as a result of their injury, disability or health condition. You must have been employed for a minimum of 8 hours per week on average for the last 13 weeks

We provide access to highly skilled and experienced personnel who are able to structure a tailored plan that considers your vocational goals, vocational and non-vocational barriers.

As part of this strategy, during your time with Campbell Page you will transition through staff members, each of whom play an important role in helping you achieve your goal of sustainable employment.

Occupational Assessors

Campbell Page Disability Employment Services team includes professional Allied Health Specialists who are experienced in assisting clients with disabilities, injury or conditions that may have impacted on a client's ability to obtain employment.

Our Occupational Assessors work closely with their clients matching their capacity to employment and identifying the necessary interventions required for clients to successfully engage into sustainable employment.

All clients referred into Campbell Page Disability Employment Services will complete a comprehensive vocational assessment completed by their Occupational Assessor ensuring that clear employment goals are identified.

Campbell Page's success centres on an individualised and tailored case management model embracing the philosophy that all clients and their requirements are unique.

Job Coach

Your Campbell Page Job Coach is your individual specialist in vocational planning and support. With a comprehensive knowledge of both the local labour market and educational/training options available, they are well positioned to provide valuable information to support you into sustainable employment.

With a mantra that "Everyone Is Employable", your Job Coach is committed to working in partnership with you to developing and achieving your goals. By maintaining a focus on the unique skills and qualities that you can offer an employer, your Job Coach will work closely with you to determine your pathway to employment.

Should you have any barriers that you feel may affect your ability to work, your Job Coach is able to provide solutions. Your job coach may assist you by;

  • providing access to training ranging from assisting with referral to free literacy and numeracy courses to researching, enrolment and support for vocational study courses with pathways to employment

Industry Placement Mentor

Campbell Page Industry Placement Mentors are highly active in the local labour market, capturing the job vacancies before they are advertised. With strong networks with local businesses, they are well positioned to maximize your employment opportunities.

Once a vacancy is secured your Industry Placement Mentor will market you to the employer, selling the unique qualities that you can bring to the role. They are also able to negotiate incentives for employers to further facilitate you gaining employment

IPM's can assist you by:

  • Facilitating work trials
  • Referring you to employment vacancies
  • Assisting you and your new employer with workplace adjustments
  • Co-worker mentoring (if required)
  • Providing post placement support to you and your employer

After you start in your employment position your IPM is able to support you and your new employer to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace. Assistance may include; regular post placement support, assistance with workplace adjustments, the purchase of work clothing and compulsory equipment and co-worker mentoring.
